For over 50 yearsNiagara Training & Employment Agency (NTEC) has been empowering individuals with disabilities by providing meaningful opportunities for personal and professional growth.

“Sed ut perspiciatis unde omnis iste natus error sit voluptatem accusantium doloremque laudantium, totam rem aperiam, eaque ipsa quae ab illo inventore veritatis et”

Founded in 1970 by Mr. John Brennan, NTEC was born from a father’s vision to create a future where individuals with disabilities, including his own son, could reach their full potential. What started as a small initiative to provide employment opportunities has grown into a thriving non-profit organization that serves over 150 children and adults in the Niagara Region.

At NTEC, we offer a range of programs designed to help individuals develop skills, build confidence, and achieve independence. Our Employment Supports, Volunteer, Co-op, and Pre-employment programs provide hands-on experience and career development, while our Children’s Respite program offers essential support to families.

Partnering for Inclusive Support

Since 1997, NTEC has worked in collaboration with Niagara Support Services (NSS) to enhance the quality and breadth of services we provide. Together, we share a commitment to offering cost-effective, high-quality supports and services, ensuring individuals with disabilities have access to the resources they need to thrive.

As a registered non-profit charitable organization, NTEC is guided by a Board of Trustees made up of business and community leaders who help drive our mission forward.
