At NTEC, our Employment Services is an Ontario employment service provider, and our team connects individuals and employers in meaningful and mutually beneficial ways. We work with local businesses to provide job matching and relevant skills, ensuring that our participants find the right fit in the workplace.
We help participants navigate the job market by providing support in identifying suitable job opportunities, filling out applications, and tailoring résumés to each position.
We maintain relationships with local employers who are committed to inclusive hiring practices. Through these partnerships, we create opportunities for participants to secure fulfilling jobs that align with their skills and career aspirations.
Once placed in a job, we offer workplace training and mentorship, ensuring that both the employee and employer are supported throughout the transition.
Our workshops cover a range of topics, including workplace health and safety, job-specific skills training, and personal development, giving participants the confidence to succeed in their roles.
Our support doesn’t end with job placement. We continue to follow up with both the employee and employer to ensure the job is working out for everyone and address any challenges that may arise.
Our staff offers continuous support during employment placements, including job coaching, assistance with workplace accommodations, and monitoring progress to ensure long-term success.
We advocate for our participants in the workplace, ensuring they have equal opportunities, access to necessary accommodations, and a supportive work environment.
